As another year comes to an end, we’re able to look back and reflect on all of the wonderful events that took place in 2016. But by far, one of our greatest experiences was bringing together our Orlando steakhouse, renowned bourbon, and good company for an unforgettable evening!

We’ve had so much fun with The Cutting Board Dinner Series this year, especially our collaboration with Jim Beam, the world’s no. 1 selling bourbon, for our Bourbon Dinner. The event included a four-course interactive dinner led by Christner’s very own sommelier, Dan Colgan, in partnership with Erin Yesser, Orlando’s Luxury Specialist with Beam Suntory.

Guests were welcomed with a delicious bourbon mixed drink and a quick introduction on the history of bourbon. Each course was paired with a different style of Bourbon including Baker’s, Basil Hayden, Knob Creek, and Booker Note. As the courses were served, Erin walked our guests through the notes they were tasting in each bourbon. The big highlight of the night was Erin’s lively personality that helped create a space full of laughs and conversation. There is no doubt that having our friends from Jim Bean accompany us was a great way to celebrate National Bourbon Month!
