USDA Prime Filet Mignon

The filet mignon is one of the most tender cuts you can order. This round steak comes from a muscle that isn’t weight-bearing which results in this delicate, coveted cut. Filet mignon’s flavor will vary depending on the breed and region of cattle from which it was sourced. You’ll find that this cut has a refined and sweet flavor with a soft texture when compared to beef that comes from developed muscles.

USDA Prime Strip
Savory and juicy with a rich flavor.
This is the most desirable of the quality grades for beef with only 2% of American beef being graded as USDA Prime. This cut is savory and juicy with marbling that results in a rich flavor.
Our USDA Prime Strip is cut to order, seasoned, and cooked to perfection. Finished with butter on a sizzling plate. This delicious and tender prime steak is aged to perfection and remains a favorite more than twenty years later. In fact, many of our customers walk away saying it’s the best steak they’ve ever had.
Our USDA Prime Strips are 12 oz. and 16 oz. We also offer the 20 oz. USDA Prime Strip for Two.
Dry-Aged USDA Prime Strip
Tender steak with a buttery and intensely natural flavor.
Our dry-aged USDA Prime Strip has an intensely roasted, nutty, and deep natural beef flavor. Because of how enzymes break down tough connective tissue in the beef, you can also expect tender steak with every bite. The flavor notes in this steak are nutty, buttery, and smoky.

USDA Prime Bone-In Ribeye
A tender steak with full-bodied flavor.
The ribeye is a juicy, flavorful cut that comes from the upper rib area. This cut carries more fat which lends itself to heightened flavor. If you’re looking for a particularly flavorful cut, order our USDA Prime Bone-In Ribeye.

Linz Heritage Angus Bone-In Filet
A tender, flavorful, and juicy cut.
Our Linz Heritage Angus Bone-In Filet is sourced from genuine black Angus. As stated by Meats by Linz, beef is a product of its environment. These cuts only come from an exclusive line of 100% black hide Angus from the corn belt region. The beef is then corn finished for 150 to 180 days. Known as the queen of steaks, these tender cuts are USDA inspected and certified. Our Linz Heritage Angus Bone-In Filets are aged to perfection, resulting in tender, flavorful, and juicy meat.
