Our very own Alice Christner has been spotlighted in the Edible Orlando Summer 2021 magazine as a part of their Women + Food section. We’re so proud of Alice and how she has helped shape Christner’s Prime Steak & Lobster into what it is today. The dining rooms of Christner’s, with their 1970s-esque red leather and dark woods, have been packed this year. “We’ve been busier than ever,” says Alice Christner, who runs the restaurant with her husband, David, now that their four children are grown. She credits the crowds to two element. First, the restaurant offers a luxury experience as dinners out replaced vacations this past year. Second is familiarity. “We’re that place in the market where you know what you’re going to get,” she says.
