Shrimp Remoulade

This quintessential New Orleans dish features cold-boiled shrimp with a spicy mayonnaise-based dressing. The shrimp are carefully prepared to give you the perfect slightly chewy texture. The traditional French sauce called a remoulade includes ingredients such as herbs, capers, and horseradish. Our classic shrimp remoulade offers a nice change-up from more common shrimp dishes like fried shrimp.

Marinated Shrimp

Our marinated shrimp are delicately prepared to ensure the maximum depth of flavor. This dish is prepared fresh but allowed to marinate in advance of serving for an enhanced flavor.
